NATIONAL COUNCIL:
The organism in charge of deciding the institution's general policies. It is headed by the CPC President and integrated by its ex Presidents, the Presidents of each branch, ten advisors assigned by these associations and the Regional Council Presidents. The Council carries out the Confederation's senior level management and administration duties, delegating to the Executive Committee, President or General Manager, the duties and functions pertaining to these.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
Its role is to assure that CPC goals and National Council agreements are fulfilled; organize and regulate the institution's services and activities; and manage its assets with the highest authority. It is presided by the CPC President and integrated by the previous President and the Presidents of each of the branches constituting a part of this institution.
PRESIDENT:
The President is the main CPC authority and represents the Confederation judicially and non judicially. A National Council member is elected President. His period lasts two years, with no possibility of re-election.
MANAGERS COMMITTEE:
Its function is to collaborate with the implementation of agreements and resolutions adopted by the National Council, the Executive Committee, or the President of CPC. In addition, it promotes the exchange of information among the Branches, so as to contribute to a better coordination among them. It is integrated by the General Manager of CPC, and the General Managers or General Secretaries of each of the Branches.ntes Generales o Secretarios Generales de cada una de las Ramas.
GENERAL MANAGER:
Confederation executive completly trusted by CPC Executive Committee trust, who is designated on the basis of the President's proposal. The duties of the General Manager are to execute Executive Committee agreements and coordinate CPC employee labors. |
PROFESSIONAL TEAM:
A group of professionals, experts on legal, economic, communication and social subjects; in charge of advising the President regarding each one of these matters; representing the President for petitions related to their respective specialty; exchanging relevant information within the branches on each subject; and held responsable for the Work Commission corresponding to their action ambit.
COMMISSIONS:
Work groups integrated by branch experts, who advise the President and Executive Committee on different subjects. They meet as frequently as required by the sector's need.
